How do I know what size to purchase?
If you’re unsure which size would better fit your cute likkle munchkin, check out our sizing chart.

How do I wash my Likkle Pickney Onesies and Tees?
We recommend washing in cold water and drying on low. Our masks are machine washable too!

Delivery 🚚
When will my item be delivered? 
When you place your order, it takes 24 to 48 hours to process for delivery. Once your order is shipped we will send an email to confirm the expected delivery date, which is usually 2-5 days. 

Do you ship internationally?
We're growing, "likkle by likkle", so right now we only ship within the USA.

What type of shipping do you offer?
We offer USPS First Class Shipping with standard shipping rates. Free Shipping on orders over $55.

Orders 💌 
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking your order, we can check on that for you.

I made an error, can I change my order?
Mistakes happen, so contact us right away if you notice an oops moment. Bear in mind, we can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping -orders that have already processed and/or shipped cannot be changed or canceled. 💡The zip code is the most important part of the address. 

Returns 📪
What’s your return policy? 
We hope you loved your Likkle Pickney gear but due to the current climate, we do not offer returns and exchanges. To be fully satisfied with your item, please refer to our size chart but if there’s something wrong with your order, let us know immediately! Once the pandemic is over, we'll go back to schedule

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

We accept PayPal as an alternate method for purchasing your order. Like our other payment methods, it enables you to securely send payments online.
